Service Description

In collaboration with Speak Up, a society that aims to help people feel comfortable with public speaking. Will cover THE TOOLKIT content of our booklet. During this part we will discuss which steps to follow when you find yourself talking about mental fitness, either your own or someone else’s, and how to behave in an acute situation. We will be using knowledge from the first session and learn skills on how to approach what sometimes may be difficult conversations. Speak Up will help us put it all in practice and will share some useful lessons on how to feel more comfortable talking about mental fitness which can be hard due to many reasons, including personal experience.
